Personal data protection

The following information concerns the processing of personal data of visitors and/or customers of this website (each a “data subject”) by the “controller” (GAMAT.SK). Personal data processing for newsletter subscriptions

The controller processes the data subject's email address, first name and surname to send information about its products and services by newsletter.

The legal basis is the data subject's consent under Section 13(1)(a) of the Act and Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time using the link at the end of each newsletter or by a written request sent to the controller's email address.

Personal data will be processed for as long as the data subject wishes to receive the controller's newsletter.

A processor that manages or may manage newsletter campaigns for the controller may be entrusted with processing the data subject's personal data.

There will be no automated decision-making or profiling. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country, international organisation or third parties other than the processor.

The data subject may request access to, correction or erasure of their personal data, or restriction of processing; object to processing; request portability to another controller where data are processed automatically at their request; and lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if the controller and/or processor acts contrary to the Regulation or the Act.

Personal data will be processed for as long as the data subject wishes the controller to contact and communicate with them.

There will be no automated decision-making or profiling. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country, international organisation or third parties.
